A NEW DIMENSION

This is a motivational call to everyone including myself. I have grown to realise that there is a clear distinction between someone who is dreaming of escaping their unfulfilling job to pursue something more personally meaningful and someone who has jumped in and is in the midst of doing it. The difference is subtle at first glance, but in reality it is dire and drastic. It is mostly a mental one and it is a tool that is available to mostly anyone.

I would say I fall into the category of "someone who is dreaming of escaping their unfulfilling job".

I have always desired to be a model and a fashionist (Renowned) but with the mindset my parents have about models, that part seems to be a closed chapter and that dream has not been realised.

All I keep saying is I would achieve it some day and now I am hoping to finish my ICAN programme and become a Chartered accountant/auditor, but that is not fulfilment.
Although I studied accounting in school and graduated with a Bsc in accounting that dream of becoming a model/fashionist has still not left my mind, adding to the fact that everyone around me keeps mentioning to me that I should be a model and why I chose to be an Auditor.

I still want to fulfil my dreams of becoming a model/fashionist, that is, having my own clothing line and modelling the cloths made by me.
Now I need to take that bold step towards achieving a more fulfilling life which is the new dimension.

We all can take the bold step to achieving our various dreams but how do we go about this? The answer is DECISION.

Decision is the biggest, baddest, and boldest step worth taking in any journey. I want everyone to move with it. We have to deliberately decide to do something different; decide to make a change; and decide to go on a big adventure. Are we ready?

My First Day as a blogger

Hello Everyone! Its my first post here so I am really excited. It feels great having this page. I would be sharing alot with you here, but for this first post as a blogger I am going to keep it short. It was a great day at work today though it's not easy to be an auditor because you will always be seen as an enemy by the rest of your colleagues in other departments of the company but I have a job to do and I have to do it. Anyway that aside everyone at work loved my jacket and wanted to have it. Lol...
